3 Cars in 1 parking lot - In Total 6 offenders
If you think 2 in 1 is bad enough ... here's 2 lots with 6 cars in it. All these can be found at Block A ... And guess what the guards are doing about it? Nothing .... I think there is completely no solution to this because the Management even issued stickers to these culprits. I for sure have decided to cease paying for any maintenance fees immediately. And i think everybody should just join in the fun and park your 2nd, 3rd, 4th ,5th ... cars in the compound. Maybe if you are kind enough, you can also invite those people at the low cost apartment to park inside our area. The first lot in question with 3 cars are : 1. WPA9990 2. MBC8703 3. NBT9726 The best thing is that all 3 cars have no valid car stickers. So the question is, how the fuck did these 3 cars come in ?? ... and also car inside 1 single lot ..... Another question arises from this is that if these 3 cars have no stickers, then perhaps the sticker is on a second or 3rd car which they brought into the apartment. So i believe Lot numbers 299 and above especially around the swimming pool area are really free car parks and they are first come first serve basis. Everyone should be allowed to park there even without stickers. There's no car number printed on those lots. Anyway, there are countless number of cars without stickers in the apartment if you actually care to go around at night to have a look (as all of the owners are busy sleeping at home and have nicely parked their car inside the compound). >

Second set of 3 cars in 1 Lot
This is for Lot 472 (Pay attention to the car sticker lot number in the photo) Second set of 3 cars : 1. AEN3300 (this fella actual lot is poosite this lot but i believe both tenants pakat to share or probably he paid some rental fee) .. still bottom line is 1 lot 1 car not 2 or 3. 2. WEG2200 (actual Lot owner but he isn't back from work yet... resassured, his 3rd car park is still free for him to park even with 2 other cars already parked there - Its a white Iswara if anyone is wondering the car make) 3. WMA1499 These 3 have car stickers but they are not for this lot... meaning that the stickers these car have are actually given by management or it is forged. But looking at the cars being parked there for 2 years already, that means the security/management aren't doing anything bout it. Nothing done by security in this simple case means \"robbery will happen again\" because there is no upkeep of the regulation. And our committe are busy fighting for strata titles!!?? when even a simple thing like car lots is manipulated to the maximum?? i wonder if this issue is even brought up with these proofs .... And we wonder why management fees isn't paid by all residents!!?? With all these frauds happening all around, who the F U C K feels happy to pay for maintenenace fees. ..... Are the people using the swimming actually from JDA?? Now thats another story to ponder as well. ..... All these proofs just double confirms my decision not to pay anymore maintenance fees, Why pay just to get valid car stickers when even WITHOUT a car sticker you can still park inside... Ever thought bout that!!?? It just doesnt make any sense to pay at all .... I've had it ... this is enough ..............

3 CARS IN 1 LOT
ATTN : AARONFS This is the owner of 472 parking lot. Just want to answer your question /concern. Actually,i have 2 apartment units in block A, due to 1 parking lot is open air, so, we park at lot 472 instead. As for Car No. WMA, is our Jiran who stay at Block A as well. But she get her parking lot at different place & far away from Block A. Since my lot can park 3 cars, i allowed her to park at my lot. In other word, all 3 cars have valid and original parking sticker. Just want you to have the fact right. As you can see in the picture, our cars did not block the traffic & all cars are park inside the lot. Just because my parking lot can park more than 1 car, you have to jeolous and taking picture of my cars and post on the net. I did not do any crime and don't deserve this. Just put your self in my shoe, if anyone have the same parking like mine,i think, everyone will do the same. And the bottom line here, we did not disturb anyone,all our cars have valid parking sticker and we a good residents who want peace. I know you have freedom to write anything you want, but i hope you can respect others people privacy. The car number and lot number you posted on the net may fall to the wrong people (robber / thieve) who target JDA residents all this while. ATTN : CK3267 Don't answer to me my friend. I'm just doing the community a service by reporting what we see around us. You know very well what you are doing is technically wrong in the first place by squeezing in 3 cars in 1 lot. Who the hell knows that you own 2 lots? And who the hell knows where your other lots are? Anyone can claim that they own 2 units in Block A if they are bringing in 2 or 3 cars into the apartment. You may be right but who will ever know except you or some others that know you. Other people see it differently irrespective of whether you have another lot. It isn't a case whether you are blocking others or not. If you say so, then who is using your other empty lot and also who is using your jiran empty lot. Anyway one of those cars used to park at that corner going up the ramp ... the story doesn't tally unfortunately.

Dear all, I totally agree with aaronfs. First of all, as I earlier state in reply during the Oct or Nov 2006 time frame we all (owner, tenants or whoever staying in JDA) have to follow house rules. 1 parking lot only for 1 car. If we squeence 2 or 3 car into the parking lots, we are violenting the house rules no matter wheteher we are not disturbing or blocking other people. Just imagine if everybody is not following the hosue rules what shall happen?? It all boils down to us staying in JDA. No matter we have 2 or 3 or 4 apartment in JDA (which meaning 2 or 3 or 4 parking lot), we should part back according to their designated parking lot. Whether it is open parking or not convenience is another issue but we staying in JDA first must follow the house rules stated in the schedule 3 convenant agreement. One person don't follow house rules, the others will follow, then how are we going to live in peace. House rules are made to ensure everybody follow and living in a peace, quite and loving environment with security. Tight security doesn't come cheap or conveniece. So no point going around complaining and going around the bush if we are not able to co-operate among ourselves in JDA. Who to if anything happen?? we ourselves because we are not united (owner, tenants and those living in JDA). my 2cents. :cry:

bila kita nak betol2 uruskan masalah ini dengan BJD dan management baru? Kalau setakat renew sticker (menerusi cara memaksa kita membayar maintenance fees) then i rasa its just a waste of time for everyone. Saya memang tak nak bayar sudah. Selagi ada kereta2 yang menyelit 2 atau 3 dalam satu lot, selagi itulah saya tak bayar.
