Hiya, not very good at translation but tried :D here we go.....
Rubbish is everywhere, affecting the appearance of the apartment.
The present main rubbish room ( I think joyvince meant the one in front of Block A facing the main road) is of open concept, so when rubbish are not cleared, you can see rubbish overflow from the bin and drop on the floor.
The above not merely contributed to the hygience problem but also affect the appearance of the apartment. At the same time, others may conveniently throw their rubbish here.
Who can be rest assure the above will not happen?
Sometimes when passing by, have a feeling this place is not a cozy apartment which the developer claimed to be, but rather a low cost flat.
Hopefully the developer or management can put a cover to the main rubbish bin or close up the shutter to the rubbish room.

1. Yes
2. No
3. Can consider
Besides, greatly appreciate co-operation from all residents, when throwing rubbish at your floor rubbish room, to throw them into the bin and not leave them on top of the cover, it stink.
It is the duty of all residents to ensure the cleanliness at our apartment.
i m sure they will say NO, just like the covered car park.
by the way what is the purposed of having 2 portions(inside & outside) in the rubbish room? to buffer smell?doesn't serve the purpose if they put the bin at the outside portion.
