ABOUT CAR PARK LOT!!
Hi...where can we park another car inside the compound since only one lot given...what abt visitor parking lot!!!i can see that every night visitor parking lot fully occupied...!!!

Car sticker...
Hi, Noticed that the car sticker do not have serial nos. or identification? This can be duplicated by others to gain access into the apartment compound.

outside car can come in easily, especially at night, from my observation some car even ignore to register when come in and guard also didn;t take action

There is one kancil with a fake car sticker as well.......printed using normal colour printer.....the colours are fading and smeared all over......it's so obvious that it is a fake sticker and no action taken...

any idea how much a parking space on rental basis?

visiter paeking will become to developer income source once the demanding of dent is high

checked with developer. No news yet on the rate for 2nd car parking lot. I did asked once, they have no intention to rent a parking bay. We have to BUY. And its not cheap though. If intention to buy, you may need to pay AT LEAST $10k and above. That's what i heard the from HQ staff. Checked with others new apartment, project next to "PGRM", Cheras area, name is something....."alamanda....Condo". It is a very high cost condo with fully facilities. ie. sauna, gym, pool, library, squash, and etc. Their parking lot is only cost $8k. I dun see any reason why ours is so expensive IF its really $10k and above.

therer's no xtra c-park available. u just hav to park outside but how safe is it. t 1st day i parked outside, my car was scratched. the guards denied any knowledge about it and next day came the disclaimer notice board evrywhere. Try renting from hse agents who still has empty hses to rent out. acc to mr wang of jd tmn desa, car park issue will only b addressed when block f is ready n occupied n its still undecided to rent out or sell. 10k for a car park..........day light robbery. :)

My neighbour even worse, he park his car in front of the guardhouse (outsider the apartment), the car being broke in, the alarm sounded very loud, the guard did not take any action. It was happen last 2 weeks only. For those whoever park ur car out there... better double-lock, triple-lock ur car.....

I suppose if and when the developer come out with the price of rental/purchase of 2nd car park bay, everyone should gather up and try to agree on a price lower than the proposed one, so that we will not be held at ransom. Let's see what the developer does in respect of this matter. Thank you.

Hi, The mgmt of my previous apt. charge RM50 to RM70/mth for 2nd car park (depending on the location). May be we could suggest that to mgmt. I think it will be a good "income" for them as they do not hv money ???

dear all... Dun think mgmt will rent out the car park.. coz as far as I know, it even not enuf car park for BLOCK F . And, my neighbour (Im at Block E) 's carpark is allocated at BLOCK F....

aiya, who that idiot at block e blow horn last nite? ya la ppl park your spot. blow horn 4 wat? wan all come down, is it? put note on car la. oi ppl, all also got parking lot ma. dun park other ppl place la!!! make ppl angry only.
