astro & matv down since friday
i think we have no choice to install our own satellite dish, cannot depand on their lousy equipments.

I called the management office they the appointed contractor need 2 & 3 days to wait for the device. I wonder why they take so long to get the "special device". I dun know how long we still to for the device to be installed. Really sian. :?

even they have fixed the problem i will still going to install my own satellite dish later. this is not the first time, i can foresee this will come back to us.

I totally agree with, I think of calling my ppl to install. The management is so inefficient.

If ur units are facing Jalil Glove (2 1/2 storey link house), external disc is not functional as it is of totally opposite direction of Astro station. Some residents have tried and received no signal at all. I have even called my own Astro contractor over and he immediately said our units are not able to....unless for units facing swimming pool..........Otherwise, do u think BJD would be acting so 'generous' to install the centralized disc for us (since this is not stipulated in our S&P agreement)?? As for the Astro distruption problem, the management had been delaying (though we had been chasing them since Sat morning and they said got to wait for their boss's approval to call the contractor) and only called up some1 to repair on Monday afternoon/evening. We even called up their appointed Astro contractor, which they mentioned that our warranty period has already lapsed and BJD is still owing them some few hundred thousand till now ......so, u can imagine what is the reason for the delay then ???

I called them again and the said they new contractor promise come after Friday prayer. Just wait and see.
