Blk E-13 Break in...
My house got a BLACK GUY (Negro) climb into my toilet frm the small window. The story like this... This morning 2/7/06 12.30pm I was sleep in my bed room, suddently i heard something fall down in my toilet. So i'm open my toilet door.... Oh My God, i saw this black guy climb into my toilet frm the small window. And we look at each others, then he and me was panic in the same time. Then he said \\\"I'm climb out now\\\" and close the toilet door and climb out again. and i can't do anything... cause he was very big size and that time i'm the only one at home.... luckily he didn't come forward to beat me... I'm already inform security guard.... and u know what.... this black guy, i know where he stay.... He stay at the same floor with me, Blk E 13-2 (i met him in the lift and so many many times...) So all please be careful of the black guy... who stay at blk E 13-2... Shall we complain this to Management to terminate them from our Appt??? I'm so worried now, cause he know that i know him....

Hi Mr Y. I think it's best if you complain to the management about this. It's also for your own safety since you mentioned that he knows where you stay. You mentioned that he stays at 13-7-2. Which unit is it? Do you mean E-13-7? Have you installed grills at your place? If not, I suggest best you do so. I can't imagine how the black guy managed to climp into your apt through the toilet window. He must have not been afraid of heights! First of all, what was he doing by climbing into your apt through the toilet? This is already considered break in and you can actually lodge a police report (I believe so). For all you know, he could be responsible for some of the break ins that has been happening in Jalil Damai. Take care and be safe.

Do you have grill fixed at toilet window?

I'm renting this unit. So i'll ask the owner to fix grill to all of my window... He's climbed into the toilet window by the pillar... u can notice the dirt of the foot still outside of the toilet wall...sigh!!!!

Hi Mr Y. Thank you for your sharing. I strongly suggest that you follow up closely with the management on this issue. This is seriously something which all of us cannot take it lightly. For all you know, he may have wanted to steal something from your place but bcoz he didn't expect to see you in the apt, so he quickly say he will climb out again. It would be best for the mgt to follow up with the owner of the unit to have them shift out. Also, you can lodge a police report if you want. Don't ever think it's too troublesome. Your own safety can never be compromise. Also, urge your unit owner to install the grills asap. If you do see or meet the black guy again, don't look like you are afraid of him, even if you are. If he knows you are afraid of him, he will be even more daring. Please becareful all and take care.

I don't really get it. Why do we rely on the management office to make a police report and take action? It's like we're shifting responsiblities, or under the management's control or something. It's not like the pipe's leaking or the lights are out for us to complaint to management. The guy clearly broke into Mr Y's home. Doesn't that warrant a police report immediately by the very person who saw the intruder face to face? Especially when Mr Y knows where the intruder lives. Does the intruder have to harm us before we make that report? Quick action would enable to the police to act. They are the ones who can actually detain the intruder not management.

as i have mentioned before, please report to police.. africans are the masters of break-ins, robberies, thieving, raping etc.. yes, u name it, they r known of it. i have worked in africa for a long time and i know what africans r capable of. u dont want to let him off that easily my friend. he broke into your house for purpose and believe me it wasn't to say hello to you or \"i'll find m way out, sorry!!\" if you dont report to police and send this idiot to jail, you are just encouraging him because he will understand that malaysians are dumb arses and stupid.. they get robbed but yet they dont help themselves. cheers

Police already came last 2days to that block at mid night with the police car. But they caught nothing. cause They found that the Negro not around. What i want to tell is police arleady know this. and will investigate.
