Block D residents, So far, only 28 units have signed the petition to DBKL. What about the balance 140++ units?? We really need all your support to file in our petition. Every signature on that paper carries weight. The more we have , the better our fighting chances to get DBKL to reduce the assesment rates. So,please lend us your full support.
