Bolk A owner...LAD claim
hi ...hmm great that we have these forum here.by the way i am new here...i have actually file a case to tribunal for my LAD claim..hmm and my hearing was on 07/03/2005...and till today i am waitingh from Developer abt my money.....According to Tribunal they will sent the award latter to the developer and the developer shall pay 14 day from tha date of submission...but i dont know wheteher they have sent on not....i actually asked to sent by hand...but they just gave my copy only...not the developer copy...but i made a cop and give it to develper... And what abt the sinking fund!!!could someone explain whether do we really have to pay this....Currently i am staying there after done renovation with bloddy SEGI TERANG.....a simple one.... TQ
