hehe...looks like the security guards is doing their job quiet well recently. It causes outside road very clouded nowadays. I used to get quite good parking outside around 6:00 pm. Now, even 5:30 also quite full..hahaha..
Still the same questions, anyone willing to rent out his/her parking lots?..Of course not too high price la...
Actually i received quite a number of email saying they want to rent out his parking lots to contribute to their rental of the apartment. But they are like putting it high price to fried it hot. Now, i think will be worst. Looks like all big big car are also parking outside, they must be people try to play arround with the parking. I will say, maybe it is a good way of doing business. Hahaha, try to contribute and cooperate with management office to tighten the security, and sell the parking lots at higher price. Really good job for those business minded residents.
Okok, put it this way la. I do not want to waste your time and my time, I would like to rent a parking lot at Block C. My budget is RM 50 - RM 120 per months. I will prefer to rent it and pay on monthly basis, this is because prevously, my housemate did rent it from agent which holding an empty apartments but the agent just refuse to refund when the unit had been occupied by others. If you willing to rent it out yours, kindly drop me an mail. Thanks.
If this happen continously, i think the apartment price will drop. Hope the Ho Hup can do something fast to act on this. Even now, the developer already start to open his big mouth to spread rumours by asking for 10K+ for selling the car park. My god, what the world. Really, no money no talk leh. hahaha...good, i take this as one my motivation factor. I want to earn more money and stay away from Jalil Damai Apartment (Business minded developer, money face management. :twisted:

I don't think they start selling it yet. Cause many residents vote for NOT selling visitors carpark at the others topic. The rumours of carpark pricing is from someone working with Developer.

Hi, there is no reason why the bbj developmet can sell the visitors' car parks without the agreement from the residents.
There should be all together 93 visitors' car parks for jda, but right now, bbj is unable to identified the 93 car parks for visitors.
Can bbj development please identified the parking lots first before discussing with the residents on what to do with them?

hey guys, tell you some secret ah..I get to know from the Taman Desa office saying that there are a few units of apartment still on developer hand and the carpark number is known as well. Because no balloting required since no one own the apartment. It is a nice parking lots at ground floor near Block C exit. But, that lot is always occupied by a same car. I just wondered how this guys managed to do it ah..eh..share it la..i also want to learn leh.
Is the management secretly rent it out? or ada jalan lain. Taman Desa Officer is very rude leh, they do not want to say more about rent and sell of parking. According to them, Parking lots at JD is very sensitive issue now. I guess, there must be someone inside the office renting it. Malaysia ma, anything can do...hehehe..
