know something, people? do you know why the entry enforecement is stricter at various other apartments? simply because additional bays are sold/rent. thus, simply letting every tom dick and harry in will not make commercial sense. many developers are now considering a different model of operating their apartments whereby car parks are turned into a money generating enterprise and owners/residents are given season passes for entry. that way, stricter enforcement is guaranteed. then again, i suppose this isn't so at goodyear court, is it? in any event, the above is only for information and not an endorsement.

hooray! akhirnya kita punya jaga dpt clamp. satu hari boleh dpt rm150 sebab ada 3 shj buat masa ni. dlm masa 1 minggu dah boleh balik modal. so kalau u org suka sangat nak derma........ silakan. :lol:
