As far as I know. Block D have not sufficient car park (as well as many other blocks), as a results, they are forced to take most of the out side car park near by Block E. Most Block E residents are either get internal, some external (left behind by Block D) and Internal parking at Block F. So, the number left for Block F owner is not that many also.

ya.. that's right..chsue.. don't you people feel inconvenient if your car park along the playground.. then you have to walk a big round to enter to your block.. why not we suggest they do a staircase for each block which can passing thru d level 1 to outside car park..instead of walk a big round..

hi all, I just balloted the car park last friday...uncovered, of course! but luckily my parking lot is just in front of my unit... I was told by the developer that Block E has taken our basement parking lot, there is the reason why we don't have enough covered parking lot, really unlucky... TFK

anybody has any idea how many parking lots there are in jda? and what this ratio is in comparison to the no. of units? i'm amazed that the car parks at block f are being allocated to block e residents. is this true? the last time i took a walk along block f, i didn't see any cars parked at the basement (although i do believe there is a high rate of occupancy at block e already). i guess bjd has little experience in housing development... providing only one carpark lot when everywhere else, the trend is to provide for two. but that's not the only qualm. if you study the building layout, you'll be amazed at how little thought was given in providing adequate shelter for the car park on the upper levels... or access between facilities and the respective blocks. practically every resident has to make an about turn to reach the swimming pool when access could have been made from the upper level car park (but that would mean lesser car park lots). and i think by now the guards would have developed bulging forearms by opening and closing the gates. what happened to the good old fashioned barriers? i think those electronic card access system was introduced in malaysia in early 80s. what happened? but then again, at least we know the gates won't breakdown so easily. :) sigh... i could go on and on.

I was told that the basement car parks are allocated for block e instead of f by bjd last friday, i never heard that this kind of sharing but what to do? we have bought the unit unless we want to sell it...so , just keep quite and accept the fact.

i think the car park lots are around 1200 for all the 6 blocks including the visitors parking, because block A to E should be 960 units plus the block F only 144 units. if u go to the upper level car park at block F, u will see the numbering is 1000+... And i suspect that the developer reserving the indoor car park lots for their sub-con or staffs or may be they wanna rent it. I still remember that when the block F 1st launch for the registered purchaser, the sales office open at 10.00 am, i was there before 10 am waiting them to open, once i get in and there is only a few people which are not more than 10.. but do u know that most of the nice view plus the corner lot was sold out!.. i was argueing with the sales person there, what they explained is most of it was purchase by the sub-con and staff..since that i knew that the way of their doing business were very 'darkness'....

maybe when the management gives us a copy of the lot allocation we can see if this balloting process was in fact rigged (ie some lots were already alloted to "privileged owners") especially those corner units. when we went to book our unit, all the corner units at block a & b were already taken up... dunno whether by early birds or insiders. :(

darric ong- 06-21-2005

looking at the layout, that is understandable... but i haven't seen cars parking at the basement of block f. so where have these residents been parking their cars before the handing over of keys to block f? i don't know whether bjd/dbkl would take to the idea but isn't it more feasible to turn the ultra-wide walkways in the vicinity into parking lots instead? or was that meant as separate pedestrian walkway and bicycle lanes? at the moment, the empty piece of land near the surau doubles as a parking lot... but that land has been earmarked for the construction of block d sri rakyat apartment.

betul. why we got so many ppl walking around ah? why tempat jalan kaki so wide for wat? if turn to parking lot can easily park 40-50 cars!!!!!! and still got a lot of space for we small ppl to jalan-jalan.

dc- 06-22-2005

Hi Darric, Most of the cover car park are taken by the early bird. One of my neighbour who bought a corner unit has the priveledged to chose the car park. According to him, initially before the launch, the management plan to charge RM6,000 per car park. Since, he was the early bird, he has chosen the cover car park and paid RM6,000.
