anyone out there knows when BJD will actually release out exra parking spots in Block F? seems to me Block F not fully occupied :roll:

wcl, according to planning permissions, 10% of the car parking bays must be allocated for visitors. jda has 930 apartment units and 1023 bays. hence, 1 parking bay per apartment ie 930 + 93. so u see, bjd are in no position to sell any of the parking lots as there are NO extra parking lots. but bjd presently has an issue on their hands because not all 93 visitors parking lots have been demarcated... leading to the question, where have these disappeared to. sold? allocated to some privileged residents? when pressed for an explanation, bjd has as so far remained silent... and once told our secretary that the matter is confidential. you be the judge of what's happening down at bjd's office. cheers!

My understanding is that BJD has made a "boo boo" with their car park planning. It seems that there is not enough car park for every unit. For those onwers from Blk A-E, who has collected their keys slightly late, BJD was not able to let them ballot for a car park. I was in their office last year, asking for the extra car park, when another owner was also there complaining in regards to this matter. Hence, I believe that BJD has turned some of the visitors' car park to replace the shortages of car parks to the owners.

yes. if u see the lines painted on the ground, there were insufficient bays initially (less than 1023). if in fact there are 1023 bays and each unit is alloted one bay, then it would have been sufficient. the question is, are there in fact 1023 parking bays (i have not personally checked all 1023!)? if there is, where are the rest of the visitors' bays? if there is an insufficient amount of parking bays, why? have they sold some bays (when they shouldn't have)? have they alloted some apartments with more than one bay? sad to say, bjd hasn't replied to our questions. avoiding the issue?
