Well, I won't be surprised if they monitor this forum. After all, all the grievances mentioned here are genuine. It's whether after reading they'll take some action to rectify their shortcomings or just take this as entertainment value.. :roll:

i just got saw the memo this morning and with ultrasonic speed i log in and register as member. guys, mb they are tooooooo miskin and wantttttttt to make more moneyyyyyyyyyyy, that's why design new sticker for us lar, then again mb october will be a new sticker lorr...... who knows in future they want us to wear a dog tag when in the premises even though in our very own appartment unit ler...Don forget 1 dog tag RM10.00...haha

I really surprised to hear that mgmt going to change new car sticker (I just got the memo this morning)...... And it is really ridiculous to charge us for another RM5 for the new sticker...... We really can't torelate for this issue... Let us know if committee member need helps.

thanks for your offer miki. every bit helps. for the moment the committee needs your help to withhold the maintenance payment for july onwards until further notice to show our displeasure and solidarity. it was not an easy decision but a necessary one. assuming all residents pay their monthly maintenance, there's a monthly maintenance sum of approximately rm56k for the management to roll. where is the money going? besides, most of these stuff are still under warranty! once the keys of block f are delivered, they will have a whopping rm74k! what in the world are they doing??? paying off lad claims???

Who can guarantee our "friendly" security guards won't let ppl without "new" sticker to enter into JDA??????

if the management still no action or decision, are we allow to use back our current (old) sticker to enter our apartment after 1 august? if not then we all need to park our car at outside and i saw some of the car already park near by the Main Road. Please pressure management to make the decision. Thanks! let park all our car at main gate. :P

Don't worry friend, just Park n Go. who can refrain us from park our very own car in our very own parking lot. one person can't do anything, 2 person does not help, 3 person not significant, but what if all of us ACT TOGETHER?

To owner of car WJC8000, I notice you have been park at car park lot 86, lot 88 and now lot 87. (I can't see any car sticker on your car) Please park at your own car park lot. Owner of car park lot 87 has moved in. Thanks for your cooporation.
