Cleaniness
Dear Neighbours, I know lately the cleaning people stop clearing the dusbin reason because the Management didn't pay them. That is why they are stop clearing the dusbin or the whole appartment area for us. This morning when i got in the lift, saw there's few packets rubbish left in there which i think it is really irresponsible as Block C residents. We ourself should actually keep the place clean eventhough there's no cleaning people around. If we are the owner dont even keep the cleaniness of the appartment then who would care to? This appartment is only 6 months old, so i really hope we all could be corporate to take care of our building / appartment. Thank You for your corporation.

Complaint to Management
Dear Folks, Someone from the guard house actually told me that the Management is not paying the cleaning staff! That is why, there's no one around to clean the place lately. The dustbin area has been full at my floor, rubbish is spilling out and the unbearable smell. What have they done with our Maintenance Fees? I do pay them on time every month. Let's make our complain to management!

Yes, I'd agree with sha. Cleanliness is one of the prime importance in keeping our apartment neat and as hygiene as possible. I'm sure no residents would like to see rats running around. I don't think it's near feasible anytime now but I'm entitled to dream on : if we could only have CCTVs in and around the blocks, then quite unlikely we would have resident culprits who would dump their poo (read: rubbish) IN the lift. The other more viable thing I could think of is that mgmt should impose fines for those who dump their poo other than the designated areas (ie., bins). /senyumsokmo

senyumsokmo, Thank you for your reply & suggestion Fyi, our Management dont even afford to provide us the basic facilities. What to say about the CCTV? Now, i think the most important thing to settle is get the Management to clean up our rubbish room at every floor. Else our apprtment would full of rats / worms running around. yuckss

Dear All, Spoke to Aida of the mgmt office n she confirmed that the mgmt did not pay salary to the cleaners therefore the cleaners 'mogok'! Was told that some did come today and will send them to clean-up our block.....hopefully :(

Thanks for the update, sha. Well, as I said ssh, I could only DREAM on (!) ;)) I could only wish, and day-dream on this. To be realistic, before CCTV prices comes down to RM20 each, I doubt our efficient mgmt will get any! And that's probably whe n every other condo/apartment blocks in and around KL have already installed them like years ago.... /senyumsokmo

ha! ha! can't even maintain our lifts properly (block B & D), water leak everywhere (at block A), never pay cleaners, provide lousy guards (try driving in without valid sticker, you'll know what i mean)... some more expect them to install cctv???

Well, it's not only block B and D that has problems with the lifts. One resident chap from block C got stucked in the block C lift for more than 15 minutes. And the best thing is (IF ANYBODY IS READING IS, TRY IT AT YOUR NEXT LIFT-TRAP ENCOUNTER), when he pressed the alarm button, not a single squeak (sans alarm) went off. To his dismay, he had to keep banging and jumping for the next 10 minutes or so before finally getting the darn lift to operate normally again. Now think about it: if only we had CCTVs in the lifts.... (switched back to DREAM-mode). OK, if that's too much to ask or maybe just a bloody DAMN WORKING ALARM button that RINGS when it gets depressed ! ;) /.senyumsokmo kawe

wah, i new to forum. don know got so many things going on. anyway i oso stuck in lift at block a once but lift start 2 move again after abt 2 minutes. why got 2 meeting? got invitation from developer attend this evening. 4 wat? got food or not? ha! ha! maybe they oso read this forum. scare we protest. ha! ha! oso herd cleening ppl kena scold at blk a yesterday. boss say someting like "kalau tak mau kerja, nanti kontrak kena tarik balik u org pun susah tak ada kerja lagi"

Walau eh...recently..i found out that there are rubbish throwing to my balcony leh.. Please la... we all civilized and educated people. Don't simply throw rubbish from balcony la. Especially for those smoker, please don't simply throw your cigarette and ash la...
