Defect
hi JalilDamai, No major defect except the ceiling of the living room (the most important area). There are 5 to 6 spots where the surface is knocked off by somethg. 3 of them were patched BUT it was VERY VERY rough patches (just like roads patches in KL, I'm sure u can imagine). :evil: Obviously, their workmanship is lousy. And I've put it in the defect list, but I think in the end, they will still give me the same quality of patches. Also, the taps in kitchen, shower in both toilets were not fixed. Why?? How about yours?

Hi, For my unit, the doors were broken, bathroom window was not installed properly, bad paint finishing but mostly had been repaired, except the wiring for lights in toilet are missing and there is shit in the toilet bowl! Please check the upper & lower locks at the main entrance wooden door. Last week, while waiting for my friends to come, I let the door open. (afraid that i couldn't hear them from inside). The wind was so strong that it slammed the door and i found that the locks (both up and down) partially detached from its place. The wood around it was broken. So, be careful. The locks are not firmly attached to the door.
