Expiry Date of Management Dear all,
My understanding. there are an expiration on the present management team (ie. RHZ), It stated in our SPA. developer will appoint their management team for 2 years to manage JDA, and after the period of time, we may decide whether to continue or appoint on our own.
if I'm not wrong,...guess is about time...
There are few checkpoint we need to verify in this forum for discussion before brought out a meeting.
1. Do our NEW Pro Tem Com aware about our dialect in this forum?
Bcos I'm not sure who are the New Committee in this forum. There are lots of issue and problem discussed but seems like no respond or any explanation/solution reply by them.
2. There are no updates list of names of the NEW Pro Tem Com Member in this forum as a guide for everyone to know who shall we look for when we're facing problem.
As we need to discuss all this issues with our NEW Pro Tem Com and NOT ONLY talking to the air!
Lastly, I understand this NEW members works as a volunteer job BUT at least gaves us some updates on their plan/solution. I'm sure everyone would interested to know whats happening!!!
p/s fyi, Mr Guna, the manager of RHZ was resigned since last month!

hi katml,
we already hv a Residents Association, what is the Pro-tem committee you are talking about? There is a new committee for the second term but they are rather passive, so far they didnt post anything in here regarding their future plans/actions taken so far etc etc....old issues still hv no updates/progress, let alone solving them.
they are busy preparing the deeparaya celebration though...i hope this is not a gimmick to show they are at least doing something....

Unfortunately, since our strata titles are not out yet, we still cannot appoint our own management.
If I am not wrong, our resident association = pro term committee which is temporary until the strata title is issued and we can form our own management corporation.

there is a new Bill going thru the cabinet to allow the residents to appoint their management company without having their strata title. I do hope the Bill will be approved next year, then we can end all the bullshit that is going on at the moment.
hey dan, how exactly r u going to sue the developer/management company?...i will support but do we have a case? Hv u found out??
