Joint Management Body or JMB
Yes, where is everybody? Haven't seen those familiar names for a long, long time. This forum cooled down after the new RA committee decided not to use it as a channel for communication. It is now almost dead, if not already dead. Any chance of revival? For starters, why not look into the issue that affects everybody, I mean the Joint Management Body or JMB, comprising the developer and purchasers, which must be established by 12 April 2008, one year after the Act concerned was amended? The big day is coming soon. Can I ask what is our RA doing towards this end? Or can anyone please enlighten? I am sure we are all waiting eagerly for this JMB to be formed. Here's hoping this forum can find life again. Cheers everyone!

hello hello. good to see the forum is revived :) last time, itu RA committee says cannot do much until the JMC is formed so hope after this, more things will happen la... issues like TCF, assessment, security semua pun stop cos stuck with developer, now we r going to hv JMC la, new MP la...see got changes or not. by the way, anyone know wat happen in the JMC inaugural meeting? i outstation cannot attend la...

jmc macam kerajaan negeri baru....... tak tau samada berkebolehan menyelenggara jda tercinta dengan baik atau tidak. kalo dulu parti pembangkang...... sekarang pulak parti pemerintah. kita semua bagi repot kad lepas 100 hari, ya? yang penting... lif berfungsi lampu menyala sampah dipungut pam air berfungsi lantai disapu & dilap kolam renang bersih pokok pokok dicantas keselamatan ditingkatkan siapa tau nama nama ahli jmc kita????? si bjd ada hancurkan rekod rekod dahulu tak???? :lol: so sekarang apa jadi indera management????? dah kena tendang????? jmc buat tender baru?????

i think all complaints that was put up here in the past went to deaf ears...thats why la no one want to log in already....wahh...like previous govt pulak :p we all are working during day time, where got time to go management office (MO) and complaint. we free, the office closed, we not free, office open. how la? and the MO also NEVER respond to all the comments made here wan. If JMC make a commitment to communicate in this forum, i tell u, many will come back wan.. after typing so much...do u guys know if the JMC is formed ah? and the road in front of block C suddenly opened...does that mean we r getting CF soon? :p
