Stingy landlord - not willing to repair ceiling leaking and repaint the wall. 2. water sipping through the ceiling of the apartment. unable to resolve the porblem by contractor. happened 2nd time already. affected living room, master bed room. 3. car park near water bump room always overflow with water. i think you should lodge the report the the management again and again, until the problem solve. Because we have paid for their service charge. Make sure all the repair and maintanance work must be done by them nicely ;)
