Notice that there is discussion on the swimming pool using time - 8 a.m. ~. :oops: As part of my healthy living lifestyle, I usually swim early weekend morning (by 7 a.m. to beat the sun and crowd) Is there an exception to this? Don't worry. No monkey business :lol:

know something, mei yee... if you don't get yourself drunk or shout at the top of your voice, i think most of us wouldn't even realise you've had your workout. at 7am on weekends, most of us will still be in bed. ;)

ya.... so long u tak pakai baju tidur & baju senam into the pool. ha! ha! even if u pakai we still in dream land so oso don know....
