Anyone is interesting on housing loan? Or may be refinancing?

1-3 yrs 5.5% Fixed
4-5 yrs BLR + 0% or 8.5 %( ceiling rate) whichever lower
Now a day the BLR are very high(6.75%), within half yr time had rise up 3 time from 6% to now 6.75%.as we know future few month BLR will rise up again. if currently you are paying the BLR rates...that mean you are paying a very high interest, why don’t you shift over so that :-
1. You save money. (Paying lower rates)
2. You have peace of mind. (Don’t need to worry BLR)
3. 5 yr later, if you feel that this rates is high, you can refinancing to
other bank. If that time the BLR rise up to 12 %( 1997-14%), the
highest that you pay only at 8.5%, that’s mean you can choose
whether stay or go.
