IMS mgmt
Hi All, Just went to mgmt office yesterday and noticed that Irwan, IMS mgmt person-in-charge is no longer with the company. Immediately questions start floating in my mind...... What happen to all the promises that were make to us when mgmt wanted to raised the maintenance fees and some other sweet promises.... 1. perimeter fencing height to be extended to prevent people from climbing in 2. entrance card access 3. guards stationed at each block etc.... RA members, any comment from your side.

Hi HKL, sad to say but i think nothing will ever get done until a committee is set up between the residents and the developer lor. and a building management account is opened. the management (new new or old) will never think for the residents cos its the developer thats paying their salary (from our maintenance fee paid). we pay but we dont hv a say.

betul kata hkl. entah bjd dapat munubuhkan badan pegurusan bersama dalam masa 12 bulan atau tidak. 3 bulan dah lepas...... lagi 3 bulan tinggal untuk dia orang serahkan akaun teraudit kepada pesuruhjaya bangunan. entah boleh ke tidak. ataupun wang kita orang dah pi bayar si kontraktor kat jalil sutera (grove) :lol: eh, kita punya indera management services sama macam ini orang punya kah? lihat: http://www.hba.org.my/laws/CourtCases/2005/maxisegar_sdn_bhd.htm

These are the very clowns running our apartment. They are asking for a HIKE in management fees. And there are others that have taken these clowns to court. WHY are we/residents working or agreeing to these cheats?
