JH Facilities Mgmt
This JH management is giving us a hard time. At first, no top management/authorise person will give an explanation to us(purchaser) in regards of the changes on notice - deposit on renovation work. The notice stated that "refer to Article 5 and clause...." this rules and regulation on renovation work was kept by themselves. They didnt circulate a copy to us. I do have a copy of house rules and regulation, but what I got is general rules only. I guess they are keeping the detailed regulation to themselves and convinient for them to change any clause as they wish.

hi Guest, To clarify, there are 2 parties at the management office - JH services and also HoHup (developer) people (whom you got your keys from, sitting at the table on your right). For defect related matters, always go to HoHup guys for follow up and complaints. But they are not always there based on my experience, and also unwilling to give their contact no.. What you can probably do is call those JH guys handphone and check with them if HoHup guys are there. Hope this helps

Hi all, Obviously, he is not efficient carrying out his job. He is Mr Sofian and be based permanently at Jalil Damai. You may complaints about their staffs performance/service to office (Taman Desa) to the manager, Mr Hwang or Mr Sabri.

Went there yesterday (i.e. Sunday, 5/12/2004) and was told by the guard that JH has been terminated by the developer and they will appoint a new management company this week. Wonder how true is it and how will it affect the owners then? Apparently the developer has pushed all responsibilities to JH, claming their poor management. Wouldn't they be considered as the same parties?

What I think is they are changing the staffs in-charged not terminating JH Mgmt. Precisely, they are under same parents and no way to terminate a company. If they really do(termination), than we can whole back our progress and stop paying deposit and all others regulation will be omitted.

That's what I think so, most likely changing staff ..the "more capable staff" to handle our complaints. Anyway, we shall c later.

JH Facilities management terminated. The new agent is Richman Consultants. Hope they are up to the job as building manager...

So,??? :idea: Will that mean they will pull back whatever notice out. ie. "deposit". Or are they gonna set new rules?! :(

They just took over last week. Adopting the same reno. & shift in deposits. So far no new rules that I know of.....

Is not resigned. He has been terminated due to low performances carried out. I've sent a complaint letter to the BOD.

Really? that's a good news... he is sooooo rude when attending to our enquiries/request. katml, what is the inside story of it?

I dont bush in my complaint letter but just facts. He didnt seem rude to me but he keep promising on my lad claim and finally he DONE NOTHING! THAT'S WHAT I HATE MOST! Besides, I've heard some complaint about him too internally (his colleagues).
