Leakage at Parking Lot
dear all, Im staying at Block C , did anyone have the leakage problems at your parking lot which under the basement parking?? Im very disappointed and i have complaints so many many times to the stupid management office and they have promised to rectify the matter but to date nothing has been done....... Everytime the heavy rain dtg......the ceiling at my parking lot bocor dan menitik a lot white liquid (from the sewer pipe i guess) to my car , specially the wind screen there ......hey the liquid can spoil the car paint one ..u know?? Then everytime the sky cry....sure the next day i cry...wat to do......wash the car again lor......The management said that ask me write in to complaint the matter.......everytime cakap mulut complaint tak ada guna........So this time i write in and also i took some picture abt the leakage so seriuosly to my car. But...if the management keep quiet again...do u all think i need to claim any compensate for my car ??????? Rugi lah saya macam ni......?

Dear KSC, My car bay is @ 1 1/2 floor & so for no leaking YET ! :? I notice the leaking @ the basement too & sorry for u & ur car. I think we should demand the mgmt to resolve all complains within a certain number of days - depending on the prob. - As for me I did fill in the complain form for the mgmt to repaint the bay # + car plate # 2 months ago . uneven flooring of the parking bay also another problem raised ever since I picked my key back in OCT 2004....& guess what still same prob coz was told that is for ho hup to rectify, talk to En. Sufian....those with experience dealing with him will know what I mean !!!! yes yes yes but nothing happen !!!! So KSC, as simple as repainting the faded bay # pun tak buat-buat till now I guess ur case wud be in the same boat :cry: In the mean time may be u wud like to consider parking ur car at the open parking in front ou block as there are not many car yet ???? pity ur car

Dear Folks, Perhaps it's a good time to table this -very- THORNY problem to our beloved MANAGEMENT reps this evening ? I mean getting ur vehicle damage under the roof of a SO-CALLED leaking, runny, condemned "carpark" is not acceptable. You can actually take legal action if u choose to. Juz me thoughts ... ./senyumsokmo

Mine parking lot is the one at outside so i wont be facing any leakage problem but raining / hot sun burn problem. Somehow, for your case i think you might wan to give a try fax them a letter Attn: Mr.Andrew CC: Irene Low. Let them know the problem from head till the toe, and then they will be given 3 days time to rectify it since you have been complaining in the pass else you will seek for legal advise or should i say through Tribunal Housing.

Dear dc, designated place for car wash is in our list to the mgmt...give us = the new residence committee, time to "settle down" First letter is already out today & will post on the forum the summary of the 1st letter as it is a 6 pg letter. tks

dear ssh, My Probelms still not settle lah....this is the second week liou(the letter i wrote to the management) but nothing done....Lucky is no heavy rain for this two week....but still can found a few drop at my car wind screen there lah......so , do u think i need to complaint again or wait for another week 1st.......?

yup.....!! But i dun hv time to the mangement office to check with them.....may be next week... and i hope next week the management got good news to me. :D

dear darric if u check my parking bay..makesure u check the ceiling ...look at it properly......dun look at my car...becos i just wash it today..no dirty stain liou..... :lol:

went there in the evening. seems to have some plastering done (or is this an old job?). didn't spot any leak then. is it still leaking in spite of this?
