Mr.Darric.....yes they painting again the ceiling...but is already one mth +++.......no use at all.....still leaking..they just do painting...no plaster it properly.......I think if im not mistaking when i shift here early april.....im not stop complaint abt this matter....till the dyan ask my husband to write in complaint ......

yes... pictures taken but no sign of leak then. perhaps i'll go one floor up the next time and check for hairline cracks there. if you do have a camera with you, take the photos when the leak occurs... and of course of the damage caused to your car. hope management does something concrete instead of just repainting the area...

yes i do....the compaint letter which i send to andrew on friday get together nite and attached with dirty spot on my car photo too.....The dirty spot and leaking is when the rain comes ....of coz now no rain no leak lah........but anyway thanks a lot mr.darric for helping me for thisi matter.. cheers

i called up the hotline bjd 79847252...one lady answer the call....but the lady sound like belum bangun tidur..or puasa..no energy at all...macam separuh mati..YEs Bjd can i help u....then i said i want to make a complaint...then she reply yes anything can i help u....they i said i do complaint so many many times.......and i also write in the complaint lettter ..No answer at all from ur BJD....Wat r u all doing? Then she said bleh ....beleh...bleh......ok. lah..i will pass this matter to the person incharge...now the r meeting.......will call me back lah.......Oh god...my car still new wei.........

Hi KSC, I suppose you could cover the roof of your car with a plastic sheet for the time being. Don't just wait for them to rectify the fault.

hi hi Thats a good suggestion by tks. I'm still waiting for the mgmt to reply our letter & found out that the reply only be out earliest this Friday. Also Mr Andrew Peris is no longer incharge of JDA....now have to speak directly to the GM ! Irene Leong ....as usual when I asked to transfer the line "she is in a meeting" the standard line !!!! for not talking to any of us. FYI we the protem committee is in the process of registering Persatuan Penduduk Jalil Damai Apartmen. We also need more as AJK....any volunteers???

Ai ya.....leaking so seriouly man....., Everyday complaint no use at all....i think if like that happen again ..complaint no use i not suppose to pay them the management fee . Sakit u know everytime look at my car a lot of this dirty spot ( White cement stain).

Spoke to the Bjd Neera..this morning...same things..write a again my parking no...unit no...then phone no...then i said i already spoke to the chinese lady yesterday....same things also asking me....but didnt reply to me at all...Then she said bjd now is busy for hand over block F....then i said hey how come all staff need to care abt the block f....must be one incharge the defect work wat? Then i said again i loged my complaint is before u hand over the block F(a few mths ago)....does anyone of ur bjd care abt my complaint ????? Then she said she will call me again .... Will c wat happen later.....Our apt still new..also leak here and there....i cant imagine two three yr later...wat going to happen ?

hey ...got reply from this Mr.andrew (bjd)..he said he will arrange Mr.koo.to inspect for it by today or tomorrow...becos he said bjd r facing short of construction workers probelms ...that y a lot of defect work need to rectify ..take some times lah.....I said i wait a few mths already..so still need to wait how many mths ?

i tink all their worker go do the double storey house opposite becos oredi late. have to faster faster do. ksc, why not you buy cover first. write them letter, put resit & ask them pay! u tink will work or not???
