hi KSC, i have same problem like U. Only last 2 weeks they try to fix the leaking for me BUT...yet the problem still there.... :x

ha...y so terrible???? R u staying same block with me..then which parking bay? My one is the ground floor. They just simply plaster then paint back..no use at all...then leak lah.....Hey dun pay them the management fee..for wat?

i go pay fee on saturday. i look down. got so many ular sini sana. u go up and see. wat sort of kerja they do oso i do know.

ai ya..probelms...last saturday i go to ask them whether the leaking work is fix or not? Then they said this week will come to repair .....but till today i can told u all......DO nothing........And one of the cleaner told me that ...she didnt get her may salary till now....when she ask the management office said next week will pay.....Wat is going on?

hi KSC, was informed by Mr Maran that the leakage wud be fixed latest nx week as I hv told him that I want all the issues raised in our letter to them to be rectify by 1st July. So pls be patient & the other day I met ur husband taking some photos. Will keep u update more soon Thanks

ya! ya! if all issue no sort out we make silent protes... dun wan pay maintenance. can or not?

Hi ssh, The leaking problems still there.....im really frustrated. But i cant c any rectify work was done. U can see the crack very clear. So this morning i called the Nierra ..she said she will check for me again...then i said how many times u want to check? :cry: So ssh, How i want to do now? thanks
