Legal Suit Against Developer and Management
Dear All, I am planning to take a legal suit against the developer and management on the security issues in our area. Anyone else interested to join in, especially for those whose house was broken in before?? This problem has prolong for too long already and management has been pushing the ball to security and security is now pushing the ball back to developer and it seems that there is never a solution on this matter. Even the committee does not seem to be helping us here now but treating the management and security like VVIP - look at the recent deeparaya!! We pay the maintenance fee and the member fees for our committee membership but we are the one who has to line up for the food which is limited for us but then those ppl who has not been doing their job well is properly served and treated like some big shot of Jalil Damai Apartment. For those interested to join in with me in this matter, please PM me ASAP!! Appreciate if we could really work hand in hand hopefully to force developer to really look into this matter seriously rather than treating us like some stupid fools. In the end, we are the one suffering and who knows....now is all the break-ins but later on, I dare not think of the worst to happen like extortion.......especially for those who have children or babies......because it also happened before whereby the thief was even brave enough to break in when the owners are in the home asleep or even awake in the bathroom!! Anyone who has experience or has contact to bring this matter up in the media, appreciate your feedback too.
