i'm not too sure whether the developer can do that. correct me if i'm mistaken but i do believe that that road falls under the jurisdiction of dbkl.

what are the issues again? (i) write to sigma about frequent breakdowns (ssh, tying up loose ends at work today. may not be able to draft the letter until i get back. anyone willing to take up the baton?) (ii) speed humps along front road (iii) get big trucks out (by the way, if dbkl does that, it will also affect all those people who have to park their cars outside as well since there is a what line along the entire stretch of road!) cheers and have a good weekend folks!

Hi ssh, Re the truck issue which I addressed under "Big Truck Parking", I was earlier informed by Dhyan that the trucks belong to BJD.So it appears that there is some discrepancy of info here. Nevertheless, I have submit in a letter to Andrew Peris on 7 June and CC to Dhyan to seek confirmation of those truck owner...have actually listed down all the trucks car plate no in my letter too. Sorry, didnt reckon that was already picked up in ur letter to management. Cheers

hi,yesterday I went to BJD Tmn Desa office & chat w/ Ms NEHRA which she told me regarding the TRUCK, They try to alocate who is those Truck owner & will try to talk to them on this issue. & she ask me to ask the comitttee to write an request letter to BJ Dev regarding the new bump at road between Jalai Damai & Sri rakyat. :wink:

Very easy for her to ask u to tell the committee to write letter to the mgmt BUT did she tell u that the mgmt is not keen to reply to our letter & answer our phone calls???? Even to lowered the speed humps inside our compound also they are reluctant to do it as it involve $$$$ every time call "īn the meeting" standard answer and I'm sure those that hv been complaining & calling get the same answer ! We need to solve issues within the JDA first & as of now all of us hv to be extra carefull going out/in JDA Thanks

No prob & just to let all knows that the mgt people hv been telling us to officially write to them & when we did they don't even reply & attend to it. FYI, "inconvinience " is fr the mgmt people & not fr u so don't worry......we the committee still followup with the mgmt everyday inspite of all the excuses.

darric, any fees also no need to pay is it..becos i though this saturday will go to settle the sinking fund fee and also the water charges?

hi hi Do pay all ur bills upto JUNE 2005 (I am also going this saturday to settle all the bills BUT up to June only) Will update all as soon as there are any development from the BJD. So far we had paid 9 mths of maintanence fee (Oct '04 - June '05) BJD had collected more than RM450,000 from us (just take an average maintanence fee of RM80 x 9 mth x 700 units) So the big question is "HOW ARE THE $$$$ BEING SPEND?????"

the million dollar question is, where is all our money going? the maintenance account is a trust account. any attempt to use the money for other purpose is in breach of trust. we will be demanding for the accounts to scrutinise. many of the defects should have been rectified by the developer at their own cost as these defects were caused by them in the first place. tks, if you read further, ho hup expect to be in the black in 2005. hmm... wonder how much lad they've accumulated from their neighbouring jalil grove project thus far. sorry la... they can't expect any hand outs from us purchasers. bandar bukit jalil was their first residential project for their subsidiary, bjd, and by the looks of it, they have yet to establish that they are indeed a responsible developer. and if bjd continues to be as stubborn as they are...
