Lift Breakdown
Anyone has any idea why the management is taking so long to get Sigma technician to repair the lift??

Hey Dan, I saw the Sigma technician at block D checking the lift a day after the lift broke down but not sure why it is not fixed. The management notice only say the lift was struck by lighting but never say when it will be fixed (just like the pool case, only say under repairs....).

Try this: Call Sigma and they will say pending management approval Call JDA Mgmt Office and they will say pending quotation from Sigma I may be wrong, hope they have sorted it out by now and can give more definite date when it will be fixed.

wah... satu tahun kemudian masih sama punya cerita????? eh...... ingat kita orang mudah lupa kah?????? dulu dah kena grill dari kita punya ra kenapa dia org ta'da taro tu lightning entah apa. sekarang pun sama punya cerita lagi?????? apa punya sistem dia org taro???? pasar malam punya kah??????

What can i say, even our RA committee also nowhere to be seen nowadays or to voice it out/discuss with the management. The management still treating us like little kid, telling us things we already know. Pool still dirty, i can see sands (i hope its sands...) accumulating under the water. Someone in block B already starting to complain about water pressure weakening...and i can hear loud sounds coming out from water pump room in block D...

and the broken down lift as well in Block D......more to come.....later Jalil Damai will be well known for its' gangster style of security guards too whereby sooner or later all the residents have to park outside and the guards gangs can park inside

Since the RA committees are so so the busy until no time to put comments up here in the forum, can we like get the management and security to answer residents queries/complaints directly in the forum? They are here to service the residents anyway and it will be so much faster to solve all the problems. Actually i have been wondering..what has the management been busy about ah? Shld let the residents know then we will all shut up knowing they have been busy keeping the apartment in good order (i sincerely hope so)......
