Lift service
Block B lift service alway down, anybody know the problem. According to Dhyan, lighting strike cousing the problem but I think it might be design probelm eg. earthing, wiring, etc....

Just get to know that the problem actually on Block E. Both the lifts are out of order because of lightning. Due to this, the management moved one of the lift from Block B to Block E. The cost to repair is about RM30K. This actually a problem on the design on the wiring. Both lift are in the midst of claiming of warranty. I wonder what will the consequences after the warranty over ??? or after the management hand over to the residence commitee after 2 years??? For your information, one of the lift in Block D also has the same problem.
