Lift Service!!
This is tremendously terrible about this matter! I've heard the new of lift broken down for few Blocks. and somebody in Block A fainted due to forcing himself to walk stairs. Fyi. The developer is yet to take any action on this matter. Not sure when are they gonna repair. Only me alone BARKING :evil: and SHOUTING :x at the developer ISNT ENOUGH :oops: We MUST work as a TEAM in order to get things done. :wink: Would appreciate you guys to CALL DEVELOPER and IRRITATE them oftenly and not voicing out at this forum only.

Hi ALL, no doubt some of us have received LAD claim. BUT we still need this forum to keep in touch in order to improve services of our entitle facilities. Please give some pressure to the developer in regards of the service. Priority: LIFT service. 2nd: Dustbin in bathroom.- such bad service! dont know why management cant afford 2 dustbin for the bathroom (at ground floor for swimmer use) 3rd: Apartments must keep clean ALL THE TIME !!! IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A RESIDENTS TO CORPORATE & WORK TOGETHER FOR BETTER ENVIRONMENT STAY :wink:

Hi All, Please be reminded that the lift service is still not repair. Here's come to worst is yesterday Block D has NO LIFT (both broken down). And time about 2-3 hours within the peak hours (ie. after 3:00pm to 6:00pm) Please call Dyan, supervisor of the management @ 019 6061788 to complaint and irritate till he work out!! I've spoken to him, and said the large lift is under insurance coverage and Bukit Jalil Devpt is unwilling to pay 50% of repair work to be done by Sigma (lift company). - "CASH FLOW PROBLEM". Please be REMINDED not to pay the management fees so promptly. Bcos I feel like PAID FOR NOTHING. AND IF THEY CAN HELD THE JOB TO BE DONE, SO, WHY CANT WE HOLD OUR $$$$....???!!!!1 If they are holding the $$$$ and unwilling to repair the lift.....so,.....??!! Where does our $$$$(maintenance fees) rolled???!!!.......... ALSO PLS REMINDED; If you guys wanna BARK and SCREW !! MAKE SURE YOU SCOLD THE RIGHT PERSON. NO POINT SCOLDING UNAUTHORITY PEOPLE. EG; SECURITY GUARD! Hence, you are wasting your time and energy.

I'm afraid the Lift Service is not due to lightning, maybe is bcos of the wiring. My unit, living hall lights will blink when I try to open others switch eg; bathroom. The blinking is light....in a sudden bright for 1 second. Seems like pulling power... Not sure you guys understand what I'm trying to say. SORRY, not good in expression! :lol:

Temporary Done.
Please be informed that the big lift for Block D is back !! :D After both lift shutted down on the day before.... I guess is only temporary. Cos our lift is still pending to repair. Therefore, would appreciate you guys to work as team !! :lol:

i am from Block C and very lucky to say that the lift didnt give me any problem till now. hope the management could take this matter seriously because there's senior citizen around and they could make it without lift.

The lift in block A it's so dirty and smelly. I've made acomplaint to the management

:twisted: i agree. i live at block e. same story lift not working 4 more than 1.5 mth. still waiting insurance claim to repair......... richman consultant with poor management.
