Lobby area
Hey ppl, dont u guys find that our block lobby area is very dirty at all times?? :(

never purposely see on the floor... :) to my impressions is NOT clean all the time. :(

In fact these few days are getting worse..think no 1 has cleaned the floor ..rubbish at around and lifts are horrible also..so dirty...sad to say that somehow really wonder are we staying at low cost flat or what? what are our maintenance fees payable for?

Hi Yong & Jen (2 person of u ?), Yes, It is (im staying the same block). I went down to lobby floor last nite.... it is really... unreasonable dirty.... plastic bag, paper all around the floor. What is the point they hired cleaner? :x

that's also why we decided to stop paying our maintenance fee. apparently cleaners not getting paid. so where is our money going???

go into bukit jalil poket la, where else???? not make money so use our money la. some more wat????

Em, dunno u guys face the same problem like me or not. Most of the time while i'm going to work probably around 8 to 9am, the cleaner of J.Damai always do their task during that period... em, they always going down one by one floor to do collect the rubbish and when all the rubbish get into the lift.... Oh god... the smell was terrible!!! Between, i have to follow them all the way going down to UG while they collect the rubbish... it was wasting my time too while i'm might rushing my time to work... Just wonder can they do the cleaning task after or maybe earlier??? Do u feel the same like me?

As i mention early..we need tong sampah at Lift Lobby Area especially at ground & 1 floor looby. But, No REACTION AT ALL...so SAD :( :x :cry:

Ya...thats true. Why isnt there is a rubbish bin in our lift lobby area? I remembered once or twice.. I gotta bring up my rubbish to my own floor to throw. No wonder... our lobby area is so so dirty... as there is NO RUBBISH BIN at all!

I just reliase that the cleanner do the cleaning once a week or 2. I would say it is good at least we have the rubbish bin at our lobby.

well, I also think the place is a tad bit dirty sometimes, but it never really bothered me... one thing for sure, I do bump into those "sampah" ladies very often, either in lifts or whatever, they seem to clean the rubbish/clean the floors pretty often to me though... :shock:
