LPG
Hi, Anyone know about the status of LPG?! Noticed a few units they've installed the "Gas Pipe Head". I'm interested to know about the monthly fees to pay.

Hi, I prefer not to have this service cos u need to pay monthly charge regardless of whether u use it or not! I am more happy with the mobile gas cylinder as u pay only when u used it.

ya la, george98..... better no haf gas. who know wait gas pipe oso got leaking. how????? i see big tangki at side oso i scared.

hi...morning to everyone of u, im Wee here, i just wondering whether:- (i) Its the LPG services oredi start supplying to all the blocks in JDA? (ii) What is the monthly charges they will charge to us? (iii) If we didnt use the gas services, r they going too charge us a minimum charges? Or r we suppose to inform the person in charge for this services? (iv) Anyone of u got an idea about this matter? Previously, I did ask our JDA management "CIK AIDA" about this matter. As long as we didnt use the services, they wont charge us any minimum charges, so she said only cos she not so sure also n this services is from what something like "Petronas Gas"....until now I also got no idea about it on what should I do now!!! I did find out from my other frens too, since she shifted into her Condominium she nvr use the gas services at all but the management keep billing her at minimum charges and keep accumulating the fees till now....its quite tedious work too hv to go here n there to ask n tell them off all this matter...somemore all of us is working too n not all of us here working timing is flexible. so sorry quite a long winder here..... :)

Mgmt/Devp still working on it with Petronas. I think the rate must be higher than the cylinder gas. Not worth using.
