I've missed my hearing date. But the officer told me that there are nos. of file open under Bukit Jalil developer and no representative from developer attended the hearing. Note. Its not worth to calculate based on the FULL 10% downpayment made. If you are paying partial by chq/card, it may takes a couple of weeks/months to settle till the final date. This only applicable to those who paid a lump sum/full in one day. To play safe, best calculation of day is from the 1st payment made upon signing the pro-forma invoice.

Hi, I have open file at tribunal & waiting for hearing. I wonder did anyone of u who registered with Tribunal got a reply from developer ie. Borang 2? And did the developer representative turn up for hearing? And the results of any hearing?

Hi, I went to the hearing today. The judge awarded 100% as per claim as the developer did not turn up. This is just the beginning of more cases to come.......

Tribunal Award...
Hi, Do share info. whether the developer have settle the award as ordered by Tribunal. Or they are ignoring it....

so far, what they do is ask you to wait... after expiry of award, they still dun pay. what i heard is ... even those who accepted their offer also haven't got their cheque

Hi, Do anyone knows what is the developer's problem? They do not response to to our enquires or counter proposals on LAD settlements, what is on their minds? Are they above everybody else including the law? Do share your views..... TQ...

Latest news!. The person who is holding our LAD cheque is Ms Low, Finance Manager. According to Bukit Jalil staffs (Marketing Dept), they are waiting her approval to issue the cheque. You may contact/screw her straight..... REMINDER: Dont mention to the receptionist that you are the purchaser for the claim, otherwise your call will not reach.

Hi katml, Is the developer paying 100% claim or 80% claim as their proposal? Anybody got anything yet?

Lates Updates! Mr Hwang is in compensionate leaves til Wednesday. He is the authority person at Taman Desa office. I've spoken to Finance Manager, Ms Low. No list given to her for payment yet. Hence, Mr Hwang is holding back our payment. (agreed/disagreed of the proposal).

LAD Payment...
Hi, Interested to know if the developer is paying LAD claims according to amount awarded by Tribunal in the time frame mentioned. Are they honouring the S&P agreement?

hi all, I believe non of us who won the Tribunal case got the payment yet. I consulted HBA and Tribunal, was told that we can write to Bahagian Pengawasan dan Penguatkuasa. Sample letter can be downloaded : http://hba.org.my/help/sample.htm CC. the letter to Tribunal and also our 'dearest' developer. So that they know we are taking action.

LAD Payment
Hi, What happens if after complaint is made to Unit Pengawasan & developer still refuses to pay? How long will Unit Pengawasan take to book & fine them & get them to settle the full amount as awarded by tribunal? What other good options available? Any comments? TQ.

Ministry of housing....
Checked with Tribunal officer. After opened file at Tribunal and still not paid within the grace period, buyer responsible to report to Ministry of Housing. They will take charge and brought the case to high court. You'll have to wait at least another 30 days, b'cos under high court still will give developer grace period to settle payment , If... still no payment made, than this developer will not get any permit/license for future project.

Hi, Do anybody knows if the developer have made any appearance on hearing dates? Guess most of the awards given out by Tribunal are Borang 5 when developer is absent from hearing.
