Parking lot to rent out

Hi freind, the parking lot not suppose for visitor parking? how come you can get it?

FYI. The management already rented out the parking space in front Block E (Next to Guard house). I also rented one there. We had been issued Parking Sticker with 6 months advanced payment. The problem is, people keep parking at my parking lot and think that is Visitor. Too bad, but the guard had do something..:)
