Hi Rosc2y, The only thing you can do now is keep calling customer service to make sure they installed the jumper for you. Don't listen to Shamsul. I think he is just an agent. Nothing much he can do. Anyone can be agent now. Regards, Tan

thanks Tan. Happy to report am writing this on streamyx now ... after much chasing and going around a bit. I stayed on with Shamsul's application and it was installed today.

At one time I got the speed >700kbps (I paid for 1MB line) but since 10 Nov it has dropped below 500 - at times even 100-300. I've called in numerous times and wrote in to complaint but seems to no avail - always same story its in progress - anyone face the same problem ?
