we had a meeting with the property managers on 17/12 (in the absence of bukit jalil development). the minutes of the meeting will be posted shortly.

seeing that there has been some discontent amongst members, for the record, the committee members have in fact met up with the management on a couple of occasions. our request to meet with bjd during the month of december was turned down on the basis that they were busy as it was the end of the year. nevertheless, we proceeded to meet with the management. amongst the issues raised (this is by no means comprehensive): (i) management promised stricter security procedures. the card access implementation was discussed at length. pending management headquarters/bukit jalil development approval; (ii) management has requested bukit jalil development particulars of the alloted parking lots and the designated visitors parking lots from bukit jalil development but they have yet to confirm the same; (iii) there were a couple of tenders for the kindergarten/day care centre and the cafetaria. business should commence in the near future; (iv) bukit jalil development has not reverted to the management regarding construction of roof over all lots; (v) bukit jalil development has not reverted to the management regarding the removal of the road barriers; (vi) the garbage compactors have since been utilised; (vii) lighting timers have since been retimed; (viii) see-saw seats have been replaced; (ix) corridor lights have been installed at both ends of the lower floors in block d (ongoing); (x) no plans to open the second entrance as yet due to the lack of monitoring manpower. we will seek a meeting with bukit jalil development after the chinese new year and as ssh said, hold a agm to inform the members of the latest updates and for the members to appoint people they feel capable and effective.

Hi everyone, Does anyone have any updates / current happenings in Jalil Damai? Seems that there isn't anymore updates now.. So far, the only thing I noticed is that we've changed guards again... To a worse one compared to the previous ones... Is that what we are paying for?? Hmm... Interesting... :roll:

dont forget to pay ur maintenance fee or hv ur water cut. but its ok if the guard is not up to standard.
