Public swimming pool???
I have noticed that our security guards has allowed outsider comes in to our apt to use our facilities especially the swimming pool. I have heard a conversation at the swimming pool : A : Hi, which block you stay ? B: No, I am from Cheras, today is holiday so I brough my childs come here to enjoy this "free swimming pool".I have came here a few times, the guard also never check me when I come in. A : Oi ....me too. So, what the guard doing at the main gate there ? A group of useless "thing"! They are standing there do nothing.. so angry !!! Can we request management to fire this group of useless guard ? :?: :?: :?:

yet, they making noise at nite. can we enjoy the feresh air while keep the window open ? The answer is NO, cos THEY TALK VERY LOUGH at nite

Hi, I think our serurity guard are the worst in the world. No proper Uniform,scare to take any action if there is any emergency case happen...example the fighting happen few days ago until I need to call DYAN personally to ask him do something...(Policeman come 15 min later after i called Dyan).....most security guards run here & there coz dunno 2 do antything, panic.....Negro play at Pool after 12am mid nite till 1:30am still no body to stop them....wow lau.....what r the guard doing?.... Don`t U all think that we need to set-up commetee member to discuss w/ manangement & try 2 change all this useless security gards. I have friends stay at PRIMA Stapak Condo which their security gards look more profesional & yet the maintenance Fees are almost same w/ ours. Any feed back. Thanks darric. I went to mgmt office once, thought of complaining about the lift problem and dylan was not there. There was a malay office assistant in the office only. She looks like don't want to bother me.. and show me her pototoes face :( May b too many complaints received ?

for the benefit of everyone... put your complaints in writing (i believe they provide a form at the managment office). make sure they acknowledge receipt (dated & signed) and give you a copy. put everything down in black and white. file the complaint. don't just take their word for it. u'll never know when such documents may come in handy. :wink:

And to continue from where darric left off, also follow-up with a phone call to check on the status of your complaint. Never (ever) leave them to call you back (although they might), after like one week.... Follow-up, follow-up and follow-up. BOE. (Based On Experience)

wah, all the makcik makcik, pakcik pakcik come macam pergi berkelah tepi pantai. got food some more. eat at pool. cannot read signboard is it. some more pakai tudung diving in pool. ha! ha! like obor obor.

aiy, i second that. these guards are letting outsiders in easily and making us feel unsafe. wat are the cards that mgmt asking us to get for $$ but not being used ah. guard? guard wat ? the guard house is it? tat's all they do :lol:

Hi guys, I think we ourselves must take over as a guard. The low cost flat apposite our condo also have the same facilities. Better shift there man. Cheap maintanance fee also.

ya. good idea. one person stay in jalil damai. we help pay maintenance. then we all come over swimming. we all oso kawan ma.....
