Regular Breakins
Well....started with my neighbour last month, then mine and this morning I heard an unit upstairs got break in last Friday. What's going on ? Whose unit is NEXT ? Suspects : Clean image with office-attire that will do their roundings / survey / floor-study before they act !

this is serious update/news. Which block? I notice there is "quite" a number of these Africans in the vicinity of the apartment area. Slowly and slowly their numbers are increasing........ and they all look like crooks. The security guard are not doing much if anyone care to actually take note.

looks like history repeats itself again... if u see the guard's attitude and the way they sit on the chairs...u will know they are there for display purposes only. what happen to the extension of the fences?

probably no point extending the fences... the thieves are staying inside the area already

I've got a feeling these 'syndicate' is still around in JDA. They haven't got enuf yet. All suggestion are welcome on how to give these crooks a hard time. The management is not bothered to implement a 'basic' strategy for the security guard. Therefore, I guess we will act on our own e.g. install grille on the side wall where leading to our kitchen etc. The guard are at no quality e.g. one of my visitor was lead to a wrong block. With due respect to the current guard, but a minimum of criteria needs to be met. Part of the maintenance fees paid for the parading of flower pots ? I have not felt the 'heat' of this lackness until my unit is broken into. So, I really feel for those in the same situation now. Maybe is the Malaysian culture of 'Belum kena, Belum tau, Sudah kena, hari-hari takut lor......'

i jz heard recently there was a break in case from one of the member from block F. but i feel that everytime when the negro came to stay in our apartment area, surely breakin case happen all around. jz like last time the old story, i believe some of you know right?

Yes, negros stays in too. But we can't be prejudice. The suspect will def think we put the blame on negros and they get away easily. Security guard changed again ! I think we might as well don't need them. Becoz people can climb in and out of the fence, we better leave the gate unlock all the time. All suggestion welcome.

hi nasilemak, The last time my unit got broken in, i complain like hell but all i get is all kind of plans for improvement but it stops there. No action is taken after that. Most common reply is no money. They forever no money.... perhaps u can try writing to our new joint management committee (JMC) president via email and ask him if there is any progress on extending the fencing/implementing the access card system. his email is wwkam9@yahoo.com. His name is Kam Yew Wai....then again, the comittee always shy away from this forum...maybe they r not that IT savvy..then again, they hv emails...hmm.... my 2 cents worth...

but honestly, i think our apartment must need to card scan system. & WHY our management people always saying no money no money one??? everytime collect money and car stickers from us they can follow up and make it kao kao efford. Talking about the security issue jz wait n wait n wait. how long do we all need to wait again??
