Renovation deposit and non-refundable debris disposal fee I am shocked to find out that to do two small DIY jobs requires a RM4000 deposit, and Rm300 is not refundable!
Firstly i would like to replace your dirty basin and build up a concrete platform surface for a cooking stove. Secondly it will be the yard area to be covered up with tiles over the cement surface w2ith skirting...and this is even costs less than your debris disposal fee!?
I have checked out with other apartments on the charges which only RM500 deposit and also refundable...I strongly feel this is unfair charged by the management office!
I think the management office should reconsider again what decisions they have made on the above-mentioned, and are they reasonable and logic for us to follow?

Hi amylew... i did my kitchen cabinet, wardroce etc for "ZERO" penny coz i shouted at everyone at office in Block B. They troubled me for refundable deposit if my contractor do it in 1 day. for > 1 day the keep the RM150 or RM300. they also troubled me for photo etc and said they needed 3 days to prepare the ID card. i shouted at all of them there... the misai fella... the indian fella and also the 2 malay girl clerks there. they finally let my contractors in for free for 2 and 1/2 day job.
i suggest you ask your hubby/boyfriend or anyone with mulut laser to fight and shout for you. i can do it for u for free but im not available now.
