Renovation Deposit Fee & Rubbish Fee > UNREASONABLE!!
Hi, I am glad to joint such wonderful community and if you need me to help distribute any community flyers on my floor please let me know. Be willing to spread the good thing. I am moving in and want to renovate. Is the RM4,000 deposit and RM300 rubbish fee still apply? I will DEFINITELY NOT going to let those Gangsters Renovate my Appartment ... Pakat Pakat with management to eat our hard earn money :evil: Can any kind member of the JD Community keep me posted? I think the deposit & rubbish fee is too much. Anyone complaint?
