Rubbish....rubbish.....rubbish everywhere!!! At Block E's 14th floor, just rite in front of the lift there's has been people dumping unwanted furnitures there since a few weeks ago. It all started with just an old cupboard dumped there and a few days later u'll see people throwing boxes there as well. Now the worst thing is.....there's even an old blue sofa seat thrown there and the rubbish is building up. I think sooner or later everybody will be throwing their rubbish there and what is the use of 'bilik sampah' anymore? Why are those people so lazy to dispose off their own rubbish? I'm sure when u purchase a new furniture they will be delivered to your door steps....why don't u ask the delivery people a favour to dispose off your old furniture instead of throwing it at the corridor. Or those people are just waiting for the female janitors to help them with it?In 'bilik sampah' there's another story... people likes to throw their rubbish 'beside' the dustbin instead of 'inside' the dustbin. Where are our dear residents' civic conscious? :(

Hi Sandy,
I am suprised the cleaner didnt complain to the management or try to clean it up. Well, not as suprised i guess with our management laid-back attitude. Did u call up the management yet to let them know?
About civic-concious residents...well, everytime there are new flyers in the mailbox in my block, i will see them all over the mailbox area...imagine that. but nothing beat what happened in your block :p

Hi SF,
The cleaners just helped to clean up the boxes thrown near the furnitures. The unwanted furnitures are left untouch there. As for the mail boxes area, every block will have the same problem. I think the management should provide a dustbin just beside the mail boxes or at the lift lobby area if they want to keep the area clean. Actually i find that in other apartments or condos, their management do allocate at least 1 dustbin on every floor of the building. In JDA we hardly find 1 except in our own house and the 'bilik sampah'.
