As per the new Building And Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Bill 2006 http://www.hba.org.my/laws/bills/BuildingandCommonPropertyMaintenance2006.pdf All our Maintenance Fees and Sinking Fund should be deposited into a BUilding Maintenance Account in the name of the development area and only one Building Maintenance Account shall be open for each development area. The developer shall not open and maintain one Building Maintenance Account together with any other building outside the development area Moneys not to form a part of the developer property. Any developer of development area which has been completed before the Act, been collecting charges from purchasers of the development area can continue to do so until the Body has been established in the area. ---> So if we continue to pay to Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd, The residents will be abused further, therefore I suggest that we pressure them by not paying till the actual BUilding Management Account is opened! Any developer of a development area which have been completed before the act must submit their account auditted of all money collected and expended for the purpose of maintenance and management auditted by professional auditor not later than 6 months following the commencement of this Act.

i quit paying maintenance fees almost 1 year already. i still see all the lousy looking cars illegally parking everywhere. the management only looks like they are doing something.... BLACK PERDANA WLW 5591 has been, still is and will still be there everyday at the visitor car park. Why stop others coming in when even this car is there everyday as a visitor!!! No way i'm paying maintenance fees anymore.... Even my neighbours are parking illegally 2 or 3 cars in the compound. What about the slotting of 3 cars into 1 car park!!!! What the F U C K is that!!! and now the menagement wants to legalise this by renting it out at RM60/month. This is an even more horrendous idea. They haven't solve the illegal parking and still they want to make money out of it!!!

hey dan, good idea!! we should pressure the developer to open the building maintenance account. RA should write to the developer regarding this matter. I already stopped paying all my bills and I want to know where all the money i have paid hv gone to....

ta'pe, ta'pe....... gua pi bukak satu akaun lu orang kasi masuk itu wang. mula mula gua pi beli barbwire pi pasang keliling pagar. lepas tu gua pi beli itu palang manual kasi itu jaga pegang tali satu hari. kalo ada kereta ta'de pelekat masuk, gua pi paku sama itu jaga. kalo bukan jaga punya hal tapi si gengster punya perangai, gua pi lepas angin sama dia punya kereta. first warning. lepas tu...... kalo buat lagi, gua paku terus. kalo degil lagi, gua pi lukis kat kereta mereka. perangai gengster kena rasa perangai sama. ada lagi komplain?????? :lol: oh ya..... kalo cukup duit baru gua pasang tu touch n go sama tu cctv, ya? :wink:

Re: Maintenance Bill Do cross check your maintenance bill with your past payment receipts. The new management DOES NOT have the previous account records as they have billed me for the monthly maintenance that I have already paid.

I saw the door and the tiles at our GF / lobby has already loose. I have already complain to management 3 mths ago but no action till now. Don't understand why we pay for maintenance fee and sinking fund and managment just do nothing. The wall paint is dirty as well.... I WILL STOP PAYING THE MANTENANCE FEE AS WELL....
