can someone explian how can we know how to get our strata title....is there a copy or anything for our record....

Hi zz, Based on my friends experience, they only manage to get strata titles after 10 years of purchase of property. And this is consider the most efficient time frame. Just to highlight to you.....Jalil Damai has no Permanent CF yet. Hence, with no CF, no way could issue master title.....

Hi, I am puzzled why Jalil Damai Apartments is unable to get the Permanent CF when just opposite it, the Sri Rakyat Apartments have got their Strata Titles. That means they already possess the Permanent CF! What is the real reason? Anybody knows?

They are in the midst of renewing CF. According to Neera (M'ting Dept), meantime, they do submit approval for strata title too.

Hi, How do the developer apply for the Strata Title holding only the TCF (temporary certificate of fitness)? Right now, we are technically without TCF cos the developer have not provided or shown to us! Are we occupying illegally now?

Sharing - Strata Title & TCFO / CFO
Hi, Guys i have been moving in since April' 05. this is a nightmare for me - Appointed reno. Agent, Car Park issue, LAD issue.....a big group - HO HUP : Bukit Jalil Dev. S/B does not know how to handle these kind of issues? I am very concern about the CFO and Strata Title Issues! I understand that the purchasers of Block F have been informed accordingly to collect the key... i believe the CFO will be received soonest & i think the authority cant simply give the CFO to Jalil Damai Apt Block A-E as block F is not completed yet (let's say before VP) right? pertaining to Strata Tile issue, all properties (Block A-F & facilities...etc) are under same master title (please refer to our SPA) & further more Block F is under construction... i dont think so the developer has submitted for the sub-division for strara title unless : - 1) Block F is completed; 2) with permanant CFO; 3) All blocks Postal Address; 4) and some other relevant docs required by landed office. Meanwhile, We still need to clarify to developer the actual status for the above discussed matter, the person-incharge should be En.Sabri Ismail - Project Manager. I think this guy is not so helpful for my past experience tele-conversation to him and the marketing staff may not know what are you asking for (like singing to the "COW" - useless). We hope the developer can carry out their jobs properly soonest.......possible since they have created a nightmare for us many months...... :( Thank you. Note : Status of Strata Title - The KL - Landed Office is available for checking. Please go to nearest book stores like MPH to study the Strata Title Act if you are interested.
