Swimming Pool
These few days i've saw a van without sticker and the guard didn't write down their particular and just direct them to park at the visitor parking. After while the whole van's people (around 9 include the childs) just walk directly to the swimming pool and utilize the swimming pool. :twisted: Are we paying the maintenance fee for outsider to utilize our swimming pool? i think the guard are very unresponsible. I was only saw few times regarding this issue, i believe there must be more... Also, they all are just wearing the normal cloth but not swim suit.. :wink: it makes our pool dirty man..

Yes, I also see some outsider just simply drive in and walk in and using the pool. It was not fair to us. In the other point of view, it was totally no security. Anyone can just simply come in. I think management must do something already.

We must to something , I heard there is really quite many cases like this, all people r using our swimming poor like free one. And have u all make complain to the management? next time if you all see this kind of problem, just make noise using telephone to the management at the first minute, ask the guard to check who r the fellow so dare to using "Free swimming pool".

i believe many residents including our resident committee have complaint but seems like no action taken.

sigh, if like this, what the guards use for? very disappointed!!!!! and what the stupid management? they didnt take any action at all, we should not pay any fees to the management.

Hi hi hi BJD, Building Mgmt & Security Guards are not doing what they are supposed to do!!! All of them “lepas tangan” That’s the reason why the Persatuan Penduduk seek support from all owners/residents to STOP PAYING MAINTANENCE FEE FROM JULY 2005 ONWARDS Thanks.

I noticed tht there are 6 rubbish bins located around the playground, but not even 1 by the swimming pool!! Wouldn't it make sense to move 2 bins over?! :? They can place 1 by the pool and 1 in front of the shower rooms. This will reduce littering(i hope)...

ANY ONE KNOW WHEN THE SWIMMING POOL CAN BE USE?
I have see the swimming pool close for quite a long time period.can anyone tell what happening, and how long to go for the maintainance?? :? beside do our apartment have SOUNA facility?? Calvin
