so how? can ask dbkl or not? write to bomba got reply..... maybe write to dbkl oso get reply??? write to managment oso no use. maybe they write back..... will have meeting and let us know but not say when haf meeting. if see this forum, maybe everyday oso they got meeting. everytime call oso in meeting. wah..... they no need to work one lei. just attend meeting from 9-5 then go home sleep. hakuna matata!!!

yesterday noticed that the developer has "renew" the "TCF". Yes, still TCF, no CF yet. The expiry date is Oct 2005. The interchange still the requirement for getting the CF.

if i'm not mistaken, the tcf is only for blocks a, b & c. but that's cause i stay at block a. perhaps they have another notice at blocks d, e & f?

yes, the one i saw is for block D & E

so that means delay in applying for cf while waiting for completion of block f was another one of their sandiwara. they actualy applied for blocks a, b & c as one and d & e as one. didn't have to wait for the completion of block f, did they?

block F owners, do u have your CF/TCF already? or promised by when?

Looks like our long nightmare is going to continue. TCF just extended. No Interchange means no permanent CF, no CF means no Strata Title, no Strata Title means no own Management Corporation. Looks like we are going to have a long, long unpleasant relationship with the developer/management.

I just called the developer and they said that CF is still pending on the construction of the interchange...no promise when to get the CF...

Hi, ANY NEWS FOR OUR CF??? :cry: Few days ago I help my brother in-law to collect his new house key at Taman Melati New develope Apartment project. & i m very surprise that that project already get their 'CT'(not 'TCF')for Phase 1 although the whole development(I means Phase 2 still not ready yet~still built & some road that link to other Taman also not done yet).....So, This is my question: HOW ABOUT OUR CF? :shock:

chchye, the issue of title and cf for landed property is separate altogether. yes, your bro-in-law may have got the title but that doesn't mean he also has full cf. if he has both, then well and good. back to our apartment. if you recall, the issue was brought up with bukit jalil development and they said that the only delay for the issuance of the full cf is the requirement for the construction of the interchange. as i recall, there were some problems with the issue of cost as the interchange was a tripartite venture and according to bukit jalil development, second party developer having financial difficulty. solution was for bukit jalil development to have roundtable talks with dbkl and the other developer. unfortunately, until today, bukit jalil development has failed to inform us as to whether any discussion ever transpired or even attempted. that, unfortunately, is the present state of events.
