Hi pk..... thats great news..... fixed line is available. So now we have to bug TMNET to upgrade their damn switch to DSL capable. This will take ages as far as i know. Previous in Subang where i was staying, it took them like 6 months to get the switch upgraded. Cheers

Hi aaronfs, That is what puzzling me. The FTTO at JDA commisioned with 96 ADSL channels, so by right no issue on strearmyx unless no port available at the exch site. Hv highlighted the issue to Ms Sharliza of TM. Currently she's liaising with the resp dept. Will update more once info available. Cheers!!! PS...hi dan, have u called Sharliza?

Just checked with Ms Sharliza again. According to her, they have problem with the contractor installing the equipment. Will be resolve soon.

Hi pk, maybe the 96 ADSL ports have been used up by the residents in the OUG area or perhaps the Kinrara residents...opposite Kesas highway..... it depends where the Telekom building is.... i think there is one at the Kinrara area where many factories are located. these fellas may have occupied these ports. if the JDA management can get a link each per block and share it with all apartments, it would be great... but we may require at least a 1MByte link eack block or a 2MB link or a least line straight to jaring or TMNET... it should cost less per apartment unit if all/most tenants wants internet in the homes.... ....just a suggestion guys...... cheers aaron
