Thinking of buying one JDA
Hi all, pleases me to see quite a strong online committee in JDA. Great job with the forum. I Am Renting a place in Greenfields now and thinking of buying one in JDA. 1. Any friendly advice from you guys who are staying there currently? Things i should be cautious of, e.g. the mosque was a big unknown till i visited e forum. 2. Anybody interested in selling? What was the developer's price ? p/s Not interested in buying unit C-4-4 pls. . Rgds, Kelvin

some fallbacks now in JDA: -no phone lines... -no transportation (bus) -no big markets (there's some small grocery stores and food stores though) -unfriendly "foreigners" staying here too

e negros eh. i read. same problem in greenfields too. middle of the night they'll be shouting away by the road. dunno wut's wrong with them.

Hey Kelvin, I guess all apartments have their pro and cons, and by reading all the folders in this forum, I am sure you will note what is going on here. On general, I would say JDA is quite a good place to stay, and the unit layout is OK.For that kind of price we paid, i think it is a good buy. Developer issues? I guess they are everywhere in town. For me, the surau is my biggest nightmare (But it has been tuned down lately, a big thank you to the committee assistance). The developer price ranged from RM130K to RM160K(approximately). I dont think the open market value appreciate much as at todate. Have fun!
