I'm from block A as well my toilet is not working from day 1. I've made a request for repair but nothing has been done.

compile list of defects. give developer 30 days notice to rectify. get quote from your contractor. upon expiration, give them quote together with another 14 days notice to rectify. failing which, you can get the people at the ministry to assist... check out the problem. once independent survey done... can file claim at tribunal. it's a hassle... but we've got to get rid of our tidak apa attitudes. if we want things to change, we must first change ourselves. need the relevant contacts???
