I am still having problems with my MATV. I did file a complain when they posted a notice to say that the antenna has been fixed and was told that they need to compile all complaints first. It's been months. The changing of the management is not helping - first Zakaria left, then the new guy. The contractor came to look at my place late last year and I was told that they need to check the "system" (what system?). And then suddenly they changed management - AGAIN. I went to file a complain again last month and was told that they need to get quotation first - which they say could take 3 mths. WHAT IS GOING ON? I did threathen that until they fix this MATV problem, I will not pay the maintenance fees.
