Comcrazy, When u said all your tv channels are clear after they change the splitter, do you mean on astro or on normal tv? do you think i have the same problem or i can only choose either one to be clear - ntv7 or 8tv?

hi gpliew, the technician told me that TV signal & astro signal actually share the same antenna. If your TV signal is very bad or totally drop, then most properly is the splitter got problem. cheers, comcrazy

my unit at Block C have the same problem, when i call mr. Yap ( i tot mr yap is BJD stuff), he refer me to BJD, when i call BJD they ask me to call Yap, it come back to the square at the end....BJD really a Tai Chi master with kungfu level-9 :twisted: yap is the system installer, we should not call him directly, we should call BJD, don't save the phone call cost for them, you must insist BJD to do the call job for you.......
