Unbearable Noise!!!
Hi, I am d owner at the most top floor at block C - 16th floor! D problem that I faced is noise problem! Day and night, I heard something noisy like a motor or engine noise. I tried to find the source, and I suspect that it is the water pump noise because whenever I use water in my unit, the noise starts, and when I stopped using water, the noise also stops. Anybody in block C experienced this problem? I am very sure that noise will penetrate to at least several floors down because it is quite loud. What can I do? Complaint to d hopeless management?

sengih, I just hope (for goodness sake; or rather common-sense), that the main building contractors didn't place the water pump kernel/engine next to your level (usually they would put it up one floor where nobody lives). If it is, there is only way to do this I'm afraid: complain to the hopeless mgmt... Try and get / solicit more home owners around the block who encounter the same issue and file it once and for all with Dhyan or whoever's in charge. /senyumsokmo

yes, i do notice the noise - i was also wondering where it came from. I can actually hear it from the open car park below!! Suggest to complain to the management - might be hopeless but worth a try!

Hi :D I'm @ 13th Floor & I've been looking for the source of the noise too.... very loud esp. @ nite :x So hv u complain to the our dearest mgmt ????

not yet - lah... bcoz i have not stayed at my unit full time yet. Still staying at my old apt nearby. Can any one of you go to mgt and lodge a complaint? I'll do it if i have the time. I'm just afraid that the mgt say "normal" la... :evil:

Dear Sengih, The "noisy water pamp" issue is already in our 1st letter to the mgmt & will get feedback fr them in 2 dys time on the said prob. tks

Hi csyee, Nice to meet u too :) According to Mr Maran it's the pressure water pump thats making such loud noise. He got quotation fr the contractor but nothing being done yet as BJD has been paying the sub contractors :( $$$ at the end of the day no work being done as the cleaners + all sub contractors are not being paid accordingly by BJD Thanks

hello guys, i am lim and just joint yesterday... i am from block C 14th floor and i am experiencing the same noise u were saying oso, the loud noise probably due to some loosen part of the water pump, whenever the water pump motor running it will generate loud noise... i guess...

Since a letter had been sent to the crap mgt, has anybody from their office look into this matter? The noise keeps people awake at night!
